Champion Guide Service is a full time professional fishing guide service on Table Rock Lake and Lake Taneycomo. Specializing in Bass, Crappie, Walleye, White Bass, and Spoonbill snagging on Table Rock Lake. Trout and Bass fishing on Lake Taneycomo.

Champion Guide Service is Veteran owned and operated by Captain Rick Skidmore, (Capt. Skid). Commercially insured and licensed by the U.S. Coast Guard.

About Captain Skid

I am a Missouri native. After 6 years in the US NAVY I attended South West Missouri State, where I received my degrees in Management, Marketing, and Computer Science. During my professional business career I was also blessed to be able to travel the country and pursue a professional fishing career.

My wife and I reside in Kimberling City, Missouri overlooking Table Rock Lake, where we are raising our beautiful daughters. When I am not guiding I am busy going to ball games, dance, and being my girls #1 fan. I also volunteer as a boat captain for the BAAAMM squad high school fishing team out of Carthage Missouri.
